1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including cellophane, seals, labels, and box).
• The product must be in resellable condition.
• A valid proof of purchase is required (order number, invoice, or receipt).

We do not accept returns if:

• The product is opened or used.
• The original packaging is damaged, missing, or altered.
• The request is made after 7 days.

2. Refund Conditions

If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed as follows:

• 25% operational cost will be deducted from the total order value.
• Delivery/shipping charges (both ways, if applicable) will be deducted.
• The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Example:
If your order total was 100 AED:

• 25% operational cost → 25 AED
• Delivery charges → e.g., 15 AED
• Refund amount → 100 – 25 – 15 = 60 AED

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We will guide you through the return shipping or pickup process.
4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos or videos as proof.
• We will replace the item or issue a refund without deduction (depending on situation).
